Delete your Viva account
You can delete your Viva account and everything in it at any time, in the app or in the web app.
How to do it
- Open Viva on your phone, or the web app at m.viva.zeptoit.dk.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile › Your data.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Tip: Profile › Your data › Download my data gives you a copy of everything first.

What is deleted
- Your profile and your sign-in
- Your exams, study plans and lists
- All your practice: sessions, conversations, answers, grades and stats
- Your uploaded notes and their files
- Your notifications, reminders and signed-in devices
What is kept
- For 14 days after you ask, nothing is deleted yet, so you can change your mind: sign in again and the deletion is cancelled. After that everything above is deleted permanently.
- The AI usage log (which feature was used and how much) is kept, without any link to you.
Can’t sign in any more? Write to us from the email address on your account and we delete it for you within a month: info@zeptoit.dk
