Who we are
Viva is provided by Zepto IT, CVR 38103806, Copenhagen, Denmark. By creating an account or using Viva, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
Viva helps you prepare for exams: simulated oral exams with an AI professor, quick quizzes, your own questions and practice from your notes, with a plan leading up to exam day. We keep developing Viva and may change, add or remove features.
Grades and AI
Questions, feedback and grades are written by an AI model. Grades are practice estimates, not an official assessment, and any AI content can be wrong or incomplete. Use it as support, not as the final word. We cannot promise anything about how your real exam goes.
Price and AI use
Viva is free for now. Each account has a monthly limit on AI use; when it is used up, the features that use AI pause until next month. If Viva later costs money, we will tell you in the app before you have to pay for anything.
Your account
Create your account with an email address you have access to. Keep your password to yourself – you are responsible for what happens on your account. Under Profile › Password & sign-in you can see the devices that are signed in and sign them out.
Your content
You own the notes, files, questions and answers you put into Viva. You allow us to store and process them as far as needed to provide Viva to you – for example, sending text to our AI provider so it can write questions and feedback. Only upload material you have the right to use.
Fair use
Do not try to get around the AI limit, gain access to other people's data, put unusual load on Viva, or use Viva for illegal, offensive or harmful content. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time under Profile › Your data. The account and all your content are deleted 14 days later, and until then you can change your mind.
Liability
We do our best to make Viva work and be correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as an exam going differently than expected. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Changes
If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you in the app before the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
