Delete your Viva data
You can delete the data in your Viva account without deleting the account itself.
How to do it
- Open Viva on your phone, or the web app at m.viva.zeptoit.dk.
- Sign in.
- Go to Profile › Your data.
- Tap Delete all history and confirm. To delete uploaded notes, open Uploaded notes and delete the ones you want gone.
Tip: Profile › Your data › Download my data gives you a copy of everything first.

What is deleted
- Delete all history: all your practice, conversations, answers and grades, right away. Your stats start over.
- Uploaded notes: each note you delete, with its files.
What is kept
- Your account, profile, exams and lists, so you can keep practising.
- The AI usage log (which feature was used and how much), which keeps your monthly AI limit. It holds none of your answers or notes.
Can’t sign in any more? Write to us from the email address on your account and we delete it for you within a month: info@zeptoit.dk
